Help me solve the mystery
I picked up 10 lugers and called up Hugh to talk em over and we hit on this BYF 42 with a 0 stamped on the back and he thought it might mean is was made for another country but I could not find it in the books. I am here at the home of all luger knowage seeking the truth. :) thanks c

The gun has been reblued at some point in time. Probably just the remains of a rack number.

I thought that the 0 was for the "Brown Recluse", a close cousin to the "Bl**k W##ow. Very rare, seldom seen and so sought after.

So, What Clint has is a rare Brown Recluse Luger inspected by an Ostrich! :evilgrin:
