Interarms Luger Serial #

I was at my local shop & a someone brought in an Interarms Luger to have appraised. I took down the serial & said I would find out it's date of manufacturer. Serial is: 10047763A. I figure someone here knows.

Nice example, it's a 6" barrel, P08 grip in 9mm. It's in the box with everything, apparently never even been cycled.

I have one as a shooter (no box, etc.) - it's one of my keepers.

please verify your serial no. there appears to be

a number missing. please note there should be a decimal in the sequence...

in addition, the 10. and the 11. are as follows:

9mm begins 11.XXXXXX
.30 begins 10.XXXXXX

and most importantly remember:

"slowly the door opened. two 38's stared me right in the face. she had a gun, too." mickey spillane........

Gosh, up front I blush. How about a set of 36 delta's with a pair of .44 Magnum bore's. T'was not I that quoted Monsoor Spillane. Forgive me for I have sinned.
