uploading pictures
 

no matter what I try with decent photos of my luger the uploading fails. I tried changing the resolution on my camera but the pictures do not come out clearly enough to see markings. I see others have very clear pictures. What am I doing wrong ?

they are too big.

resolution is fine, but in reality, you can only see so much on even a hi res computer; so, you can set your camera to a low email resolution.


However, you want to take the best pictures you can with lots of ambient / subdued natural lighting if possible.

Even then you can shrink down the photo; and resolution can still be good enough.


This is what I do, take highest resolution, crop it to what I want and then shrink the photo.
