1913 holster
I have a 1913 holster manufactured by A. Wunderlich. It has two ink stamps. The first is C.R.10 the second is harder to read but looks like B.A.VI followed by 1913. Any ideas? Bill

Hello Bill,
I´m sure it´s G.R.10 (and not C.R.10) what means Grenadier Regiment (König Friedrich Wilhelm II) No. 10 and B.A.VI menas Bekleidungsamt für das 4. Armeekorps (clothing depot for the 4. Army Corps). It was stationed in Schneidnitz in Schlesien. During the Great War it saw action on the Western front. Best regards Klaus |
