1937. Most beautiful Luger I've ever seen...
|
FNorm -
You are probably going to get requests for more pictures, since this is not just any old Luger. This is a Krieghoff Luger. |
OK. But something didn't go right with the lighting.... ???
FN |
My guess; Your camera is set for outdoor and you are using indoor lighting, set your camera for indoor lighting and the yellow goes away.
:) |
Possibly. This is not a simple camera, for me at least. So many bells and whistles that I can't figure out. Yet to a teenager it would be an old simple box brownie. :o
|
get the manual from on-line and then do searches of key words; lighting; incandescent, etc
|
Or take the picture outside or by the window with natural light.....
|
WOW! One of Military Big Three: HK, Navy, and K Date
|
Whoa, that's awesome. We need more pictures ASAP :D

Mo, and mo better pics, but I put them in an album. Look for 1937 HK. 15 pics.
Right on, Ed. Wrong color balance. FN |
Don't know how to look details. Just one area from general view of any gun -- The grip screw lost blue, and safety level is like 100% golden. How to explain this imbalance? Poor picture?
|
Lighting? Grips screws are both the same blue. Safety lever? Krieghoff still strawed in 1937, and I think, til the end. Except for the Mauser Werks pistols. Even the extractor pin is strawed on this one!
There is some yellow light creeping in over my shoulder. See the small parts in the album. Not that yellow in real life. |
Fred, VERY NICE! Even got a correct holster! SWEET!

That sure is a sweet \one!
