I just want to see exactly what I have. I bought this as a shooter as part of a package with a BYF 42. The proofs appear to be 3 X ArA4. There is no serial number on the barrel, so it has been changed at some time. The rest of the numbers seem to match, 3598 n. The magazine is wrong, but close, sort of. Any help with stap markings? I know my cammera work stinks. Thanks, Chip

Fazer, with ArA4 markings and 1920, the 1920 is a actual date rather than the gov't property stamping.

The marked out markings aren't usually marked out that way. S.B. is Schupo Berlin, a police marking.

I have one like it for sale on the boards, and it does not have a sear or mag safety as most folks expect from a police luger.

Would love to see a macro close up of the x'd out markings.
