Gracious Ted, I thought you had retired. Nice to see you back.

Thor, I know what you mean. I just like to get them functioning correctly. I don't have the patience for refinishing, but I glad that you do. TH

Ted! Long time no see. Good to see you're still performing your magic.

Welcome back to the Forum Thor. I would love to see some pictures of the K Date!
Your skills, wit and good humor have been missed.

I have had the pleasure of being the recipient of Thor's magic done on a battered and worn K Date that I picked up a while back at a very good price. The gun was functional but severely pitted but worked. Grips were severely damaged and the gun was far from what it had been. Thor was gracious enough to accept this gun for his attention and skills. I am most pleased with the result. Because I have not posted pictures previously at this site I apologize for my elementary skill in this area. Ideally, I would have liked to post a before and after picture but in this case I would be pleased to just get the photos up. Sorry for the photography quality, again I have not done pictures in close up detail before. If they don't come out...Take my word for it Thor did a magnificent job with the magical hammer of his. Thanks Ted. You are a gifted artist.

Oops, the first picture in the series is not the original gun. Too many pictures in my picture library. I'll find the view for that aspect and post it later.
