Here's to my first Luger:cheers:
It's a 1938 9mm shooter eventhough all numbers match and the barrel is excellent. The former owner, now deceased, chose to coat/ refinish it with some "molibdium" refinish. Two questions: the magazine says "made in Denmark" Why and when? -Thanks. -Barry |
Denmark's military used captured German military equipment after WW2 and made some of their own replacement parts including Magazines. Their magazines are of high quality based on the ones I have seen.
Please post photos of your Luger... Good closeups in sharp focus and in good lighting conditions (like outside on an overcast day... or similar) Thanks. and welcome to the Luger forum. |
