Vis radom
I have bought Vis Radom, and I pay 180 $. P35 is in very good condition, exelent bore, s/n G5042, with stamps WaA77. I know who was owner during WWII (1943). Does anyone know production date? Thanks.
P.S. I will put pictures. |

Looking forward to pictures! ;) (I looked at a Radom at a gun show once...I kept trying to use the "thumb safety"...I felt like an idiot...) :D |
CROLUGER, Congratulations on a very nicely priced VIS P.35. Your pistol was completed in about September 1942, if it's a 3 lever configuration or in about August 1944 if it's a 2 lever.
Hope this helps! |
Thanks!

Very nice clean P-35. In the U.S. we call that a three lever radom. Not one of the first but still an early one. Later radoms only have two levers.

I have bought another RADOM VIS. Price was about 200 $, number is M4712, finish is roughly, but pistol is in very good condition. Does anyone know production date?

Hi Croluger! My best guess would be around March 1943 :)

I have bought another VIS Radom, it's in exelent condition. Also I got two original holster, but, there is one specificity:
I have VIS with number G5042 and G2054! Pics: http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/5333/dscf1370b.jpg http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/4562/dscf1371.jpg http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/3871/dscf1372.jpg |
Price was 200 euro.

Then price of first was 180 Euro too??? €180 I don't have currency calculator handy...or do I??? Yes - €200 = $296 and €180 = $266 That is still insanely low...You are very fortunate... Wait!!! How much does a loaf of bread cost there??? I can buy three small loaves (about 12" long, 3"-4" dia) of Italian bread here for $7.17...So one small loaf is $2.39... |
First was 1000 kuna (almost 180 USD, where did you find euro?:order:), the second and third was 1500 kuna (almost 200 Euro).
Kuna is Crotian money. History: I the past martens fur was payment utility. (CRO: KUNA ZLATICA = Linne Martes martes KUNA BJELICA = Linne Martes foina :bigbye: |
