Luger 1938 Portobellum

Hi everybody!

I had the opportunity to buy a Luger in Brazil, a 1938 Portobellum model. The problem is that I want to sell the gun and I can not because of laws here.
Who is interested to purchase the gun? I have no idea how much it is worth! The gun is working well, it´s a 9mm caliber.

Thanks!

I think it would be very difficult, and expensive, for most of us to import it into the US. Can you sell parts of it there? Are there "legal" collectors there that can purchase it?

Hello, thanks for your reply.
I can sell it in pieces to interested people outside of Brazil. I think if I disassemble the gun, a person can take it out of Brazil. I want a really cheap price for it, somewhere around $ 2500. When I bought it came with original Luger ammunition too, somewhere around 70 original Luger 9mm bullets.
If anyone is interested, my msn is chaotic_rave@hotmail.com.

Thank you very much!

The gun is in excellent state of preservation, all oiled and stored, long time.

Is it a 200mm barrel length??? That price is only cheap if it is an "artillery" Luger, IMHO...

Can you post pics??? (Email sent!)
