Radom, p-35, type 3, 2 lever, # K 3608
4 Attachment(s)
All.... My 1st Radom, right from the vets family with all his medals and paperwork. They wanted $350.00 and I hesitated, not knowing Radom prices. I checked my Blue Book and decided I'd chance it. It's a P-35, type 3, 2 lever, but over a thousand numbers higher than listed in the book. Does anyone have another outside the listed range ? It has E/623 proofs on the slide, trigger guard, and inside the grips. All comments welcome........ Myky@ctesc.net

Thanks guys for your comments ! Any ideas on why it is higher numbered that what's in the Blue Book ? Does that mean we can expect a higher output on numbers made ? I don't collect Radoms so I will just pass it on down the line. Just gotta try to find a reasonable price for it. When I buy something outside of my Lugers and Walthers, I'm in strange territory, so it takes me a while to find a price where it will go away and both of us are happy...... : )

Please keep me in mind when you get rid of it.
Thanks, Mike |
radom P.35
Your Steyr production “K” block isn’t a high numbered “K” one of my “K’s” is 150 numbers off the highest recorded “K” and is number K8990. When the transports (150 trucks) left Radom Poland as the front moved in to Poland they took everything that was left at the factory.
When production started in Molin Austria under Steyr they assembled A, B, H, J and K blocks. Among the production were shelved guns that were never finished at Radom such as the B blocks and VERY rare A block. What is your “K” worth? At auction on line you could be up in couple of thousand of dollars, hard to tell right now with the economy. With capture papers etc. you would fetch a nice return. Hope this helps a little. Radom, type 3, 2 lever, K 3608
Robert...... just got this message. Many thanks for the info as I'm not up on Radoms and was only going by what was in the Blue Book........ You evidently are well versed in Radoms history. I'm impressed ! There is no capture papers though, ( that I can find ) just his military paperwork and medals. Do you think it's worth $1500.00 ? I could put that price with it on my web site and see what happens....... I'm not greedy... : )

Radom, type 3, 2 lever, K 3608
Robert....... it looks like the thin phosphate finish has all but faded away, with grayish tint now showing. I don't know what it looked like before...... I guess I'll try $1750.00 to start with on my site. Thanks so much for your expertise........ You are very knowledgable on this subject....... as I said before, I'm impressed !

Impressed to make you $1400.00.
