Here's one that's on its way from Finland,

Finnish (homeguard?) officers showing off their P08's in 1937.

This is a still from "Band of Brothers", is it not?

Bob.

It sure is not authentic. All the troopers look way to clean with their gear too much in order, not to mention that they are all over 150 lbs!

I think Bob is right.... the photo is from the "Band of Brothers" series and may be from Episode 7 where "Hoobler" takes the pistol from a dead German soldier and later (through carelessness) is killed by it.

Dave in TN.

Here is another finnish pic. Suojeluskunta ad. Tikkakoski barrels.

Thought since this Carlos Ros take credit for this picture, that he actually took it. Instead he probably did some photoshopping to the original from Band of Brothers, a little cheating if you ask me..

Interesting pictures from Finland, stylish stance.

Just some reenactors having fun, he did actually take it, it is not from Band of Brothers, some VERY cool shots in there though, love the style
Poor Hoobler, in real life, actually shot himself with a Browning HiPower i believe it was, and not a luger as the series would have you believe
