my father has a luger with black plastick handgrips byf,and it has pictures of eagles with swasticas on it and on the hoster does anybody know what it is worth?

Tom, anywhere from $350-$1800 depending on Originality and % remaining finish/matching parts, etc. Luger needs to have the orignal finish (not a reblue0 and the proper orignal Black grips to be valuable. Is there a 41 or 42 over the the chamber when viewed from the top? If you take the grips off, are there threaded holes in the back of the grips that will accept the threads on the grip screws? Just a few items to check! Is the safety, trigger and a few other small parts yellow color(strawed) or blued to match the pistol? What percent remaining finish is there on the gun (example 50-100%?) Is the holster date marked on the back? Thor
