70's Mauser chewing brass

Guys, remember that 6", 70's Mauser Luger I bought last year on an auction site, the non-Swiss flavor?
You guys knew I was looking for one and one of you turned me on to the auction...

Anyway, today I shot it for the first time. Yeah, sometimes I'm kinda slow. It shot very well, with only a couple of jams as one might expect with a new weapon (it may have been fired, but very, very little).

I have one

Congrats David... You are not the only one who is slow... I still have a Springfield Armory M1A that I have owned for more than 3 years and have never dropped the hammer on a live cartridge... Hmmm - one of these days I will get around to it...
