Hope I did OK on it. I also have the name of the vet who brought it back. He is still alive and lives in FLA. The story was his unit occupied a town where apparently there was some type of command post. While searching a house his squad leader emerged and told him and his buddies that if they wanted any souvenirs there were plenty inside and too have at them. On a table inside was the Luger Rig above, so he took it. At least thats the story.........Regards Jimmy

The only wear points are the very tip of the muzzel and the high spots of the side plate. Other than that the blueing is perfect.
