Serious company?
 

Hi !

I just wonder if anyone else has some info. about this company: http://www.lugerman.com/

I ordered 2 main spring guides for my P08 at this date: 04/09/2008, and money was taken from my account as well.

I have not seen any stuff and my e-mails are not answered. I have called 5-10 times and no one lifts the phone.

So...any ideas what might be wrong?

Do you have a name or address? Nothing on his web site which is not a good sign.

Flecktarn, "lugerman" is Yevgeniy (Eugene) Golubtsov. I met him at the Chantilly Gun Show a couple of years ago and have bought parts from in the past. My experiance has been that he is well intentioned and and the quality of his work seems to be improving. I have his address, email and phone number. If you will contact me off line I will give you what contact information I have.

I sent him some parts on 3/07/08 to be worked on. He sent me an email on 4/14/08 saying the parts were ready and would be on there way shortly. I sent him an email asking if he had shipped them on 4/23/08 and he replied that he had been out of town and that when he got back he would ship them and that I would see them early next week, which would have been 4/28-4/30. I came home today (5/1) and they are still not here. I sent him another email last night asking when he would ship them, but have not received a reply. I'm usually pretty patient, but I'm starting to lose my cool. I hope they look good when I get them, if I ever do. Also one other thing, if you call the phone number on his website he never answers it always goes to voice mail and I've left multiple messages and he has never called me back. I don't know what the deal is.

The company is not worth to deal with in the future. After what I have read I will not buy from him !!! I wonder what he have done with my money? Perhaps a good dinner or flowers to his wife

perhaps someone should mention to him that a HUGE market of his might be affected by these postings of his lack of salesmanship.... There are a lot of folks who read and pass along information like this to each other, esp of bad dealings...

He has a couple Lugers on Gunbroker right now. Try to reach him through one of his auctions.

I cannot suffer this kind of guys who never answer emails, letters or phone calls. Communication is very important, it is also a part of honesty and credibility. It is true for private relationship, it is much more true for business relationship. Personnally I would cancel and avoid all kind of business with this so called lugerman who does not respect his customers.
Our Lugerdoc (Tom Heller) is totally reliable.

You might try this person... can't be many by that last name. Same TOWN, and likely the Eastern European or Russian form of EUGENE.

Well... I have left him messages on the answer machine to...and the order is from: 04/09/2008. His last message also said that the spam filter might have taken the e-mails. Well the cell phone does�´t :grr:

My last post about this issue. That company is nothing to to affairs with. He told me that he has shipped the stuff and nothing has arrived. I gave him a chance to refund the money to a friend of mine in the states - but he are not interested.

So be warned folks : DON�´T BUY ANYTHING FROM LUGER MAN !!!
