4H Shooting Sports
 

Hello Everyone,
It has been a while since I have posted and finally have caught up on all the posts. I have been kept busy with my daughter these days who has taken up shooting sporter air rifles for the 4H team in our area who also compete against quite a few JROTC groups. She has really taken to shooting and has shot in 3 competitions so far. She has two competitions coming up next weekend as well as the following. Her coach is quite excited on how she is progressing. Her goal is to eventually get good enough to start shooting precision rifle or small bore. I will leave that up to the coach.

I hope it is ok to post this link. It is a story in our local paper about the team and some of the girls she shoots with. Take a look when you get a chance. I think you will find it interesting.

Maybe some one out there will help get their kids interested in air rifle clubs like this one. Or even help get one started in their area.

It sure is fun watching her shoot.
