rebluing:side plate

Hi All, I need to reblue a sideplate, which is already reblued. Is there any way that I can remove the old blueing without any form of scrapping with glasspaper, sort of something chemical?
Thanks for any Help:)

I thank you all, but since I am in Europe I can't import these products due to USA restrictions on export of these products.
I was looking for something domestic that I can buy or prepare locally.

The Blue and Rust remover contains diluted(?) Phosphoric acid. Perhaps you could obtain some in Europe and experiment with it to find the correct ratio.

Europe would have the same type of products, go to a hardware store and talk to them about naval jelly / rust remover.

I always found "like" products on the economy while I lived over there....
