Aprox. Value of Luger
Where can I find out how much a Luger I have is worth? It's a 30 caliber made between 1910 and 1920. Serial numbers are 9182, all parts are matching except magazine, commercial, 70%, no contract, it's marked under the safety catch: GESICHERT. This was passed down through the family.

surf some of the larger dealers who post pictures along with prices, see what you have and what matches.....several are listed to the right of this thread under "links & resources"....good luck and welcome here !!!

tbeck, welcome to the forum!
I will move this posting to the New Collectors area in a day or so. You are also welcome to post pictures here and we can give you feedback on originality, type, etc. With this serial number it could be a commercial type or a military one that was commericalized at the factory and sent here for sale. When you say, no contract, does that mean it does not have an american eagle on top, or does it mean the toggle does not have the DWM on it? Ed |
