Your "In" box may be empty...but you also have to go into your "Sent" box and your "Message Tracking" box and empty those out. If those are full and even though your "In" box is empty, you can probably not receive anymore incoming stuff...

AND, ensure that it shows all messages from all time, i.e. that it does not hide messages older than say 3 weeks or the like....

I helped a member a while ago and the messages were "hidden"...

1. Is "show messages from the beginning" chosen?

2. In what area are you asking to delete?

3. Once you have gone to the area from the drop down menu on the right, then you click once in each box, and then either end tracking or delete those that need deleting.
