Swi 1120
Was wondering if any of you esteemed gentleman could ID a unit marking on a luger I was looking at? SWI 1120 is the mark?
Thx in Advance, ESU |
I bet it also has a sear safety and / or magazine safety; here is one I had for sale a bit ago; http://forum.lugerforum.com/showthre...threadid=16476
I will have to look up the police unit meaning tonight if no one answers you, Ed |
Ed,
thx for the reply, it has a sear safety, not sure about a mag safety. Cory |
Cory, it is from the Schutzpolizei of the administrative district of Wiedbaden, Duty Station I (Frankfurt am Main), weapon # 1120.
|
Thank you sirs,
Cory |
Cory,
Don is a lot smarter than me but his typing isn't much better than mine. The district is Wiesbaden (not Wiedbaden).:) |
Thx Ron, Weisbaden makes more sense, at least I heard of it,
Cory |
Wow! I'd better start using spell check. I hope I don't do this too often in my book.

Was going to post some pics but it says my files are too big, sorry,
Cory |
