There is no such thing.... DWM was no longer making pistols as lugers in 1939, and they did not make holsters.

As a first thread it might be better to give more information than less. Plus, if you are talking about a pistol w/ serial number 616, there are probably 15 years where the "616" was used with suffixes. If you are talking about the holster being marked, this was generally used for marking police holsters...
