Isn't it so that the relatives also has to pay for the ammunition used?

You have to admit, a justice system is cheap to operate when all defendants are guilty before and after trial, defense attorneys are for decoration only, all trials last five minutes and all offenses are capital offenses!
I've been in totalitarian countries before. The one advantage they have is that since everything is against the law and everyone is just scraping by, you can get an awful lot done with a small bribe here and there.
And yes, I was just kidding about the guns. Who wants a Chinese gun??!! Now if it were Russia... !
