Help from the French friends
Hello,
This topic is mainly for the Franch fellows. I saw some beautiful pictures in a magazines and I would like to ask the authorisation to use them in my articles. In the picture caption the following acronym is used: "document ECPA/SIRPA" Do you know what does it means? Thank you Mauro |
Hi Mauro,
I *think* that ECPA is the French Commission of Army Photographic Archives (I don't know the direct translation??)? I seem to recall that when I was doing some research in Paris... As for SIRPA, I don't know??? Hope this helps! John |
