Steyr-Hahn info

Can anyone direct me to info sources for Steyr-Hahn pistols? Various models, values, desirability, take-down, etc. I bought two on Saturday taking a big chance because I know virtually nothing about them. I also got a holster with one of them that I need to be able to research somewhere.
All help appreciated.

I shot one recently. More accurate than I am. You can load it with Mauser broomhandle clips. Horniday is making new 115 gr Steyr ammo.
The one I shot was like new. Typical heavy military trigger pull. I got a 4" group at about twenty yards. We were shooting Blazer 9mm Largo ammo.
No failures of any kind.
Hope This Helps,
Mike

David

I have also recently purchased one and aside from the forums I have found info per below, I'm sure there are others.

Ezell "Handguns of the worls " Pages 361-365
WHB Smith "Book of Pistols & Revolvers " fifth edition, pages 379-384
A. Vanderlinden " Holsters and Sh. Stocks of the world" pgs 187-188

Hope that helps,

Vince

David,

See Jan Still's website: http://luger.gunboards.com/. Takedown is easy. See the Marstar website for a diagram. The Steyr Hahn is my favorite WWI pistol after the Luger. Simple and super accurate. The only problem is the extremely heavy trigger pull that can't be modified and the scarcity of ammo. I was lucky to buy a cache of 1935 RWS ammo that will last me a lifetime. Be advised that this gun was NOT designed to fire 9mm Largo. The 9mm Steyr cartridge is unique. Fiocchi makes it but it is expensive. Enjoy. KFS
