Simpsons has listed 2 lugers captured by Major Winters of the 101st Airborne. One 1918 Artillery-one PO8. http://www.simpsonltd.com/

I would say that about a $17,000 or more premium for Major Winters name. I don't think this would be a good investment.

This is being posted all over both Forums. Kind of a shame that who ever printed up the so-called "documentation" couldn't spell "Parachute" correctly!

No notorized letter, no capture papers or photos of Winters with gun in period Germany, next is Sgt. Yorks Luger "I kilt all them huns wiff this gun".....30K??

Why is this luger worth more then any other bring back luger?
Because his character was played on HBO!
Even with the papers I would think it would be a bad investment
