WOW
|
The grips look a little more worn than the rest of this pistol. Where is the patina?
|
Very nice 1906!
We are of course interested in the grips, proof marks, serial number and things like that. Vern |
The vertical sanding marks on the sideplate tell something.

Congratulations with it!
Looks like the work on it is well done, still it might have lowered the value some. But it sure looks nice! |

@ LugerVern, I will try to upload a few more pics.
@ Morgan Kane, yes, my friend Wolf did a great job on this Luger. Kind Regards, Oberleutnant |

Grrr:mad: Something is wrong with my upload skills.
Ok, here is another one. Oberleutnant |
Thank you for sharing such nice pictures. The Lugers sure look fantastic!
..not sure if Wolf is forum member or not, so I'm asking trough you Oberleutnant.. do you think he takes in Lugers from Norway? I'm thinking of restoring two Lugers myself. |
Steinar
Wolf isn`t a member of this forum. He is a 78 year old former gunsmith and a real "Lugerfreak". I will ask him about your question. He has another two Lugers from me to restore. ( DWM 1915 Schiwy and a G-Date ). Just for information, restoring this 1906, takes 21 month, but I will ask him. Oberleutnant |
Thanks Oberleutnant, with a 21 month waiting period I wound be interested in restoring one Luger by him. From your pictures, he does great work and worth the waiting time..
