Mismatched shooter or "Factory Mismatched" collector?

I found this "Black Widow" at one of my favorite sites. It seemed to be a bit steep for a gun that's essentially mismatched. Or is it more valuable because of the nature of the mismatch?

Any thoughts?

I've always been very dubious of 'factory' being used an an explanation of an anomoly that seriously reduces the value of anything ;)
