I just purchased a 1940 42 from this person under the name of kilroy2 on guns america, the gun was as shown, I dont know anything about the problem you have had, but my experiance was ok, nothing to jump about but it was what I had expected. If I received something Idid not want we may have had a problem if it was not able to be taken back.

Probably the gun he tried to sell me!!! My experience with him involves a lot more, I wrote all about it on the Holster forum, do a search of his name.

LATEST UPDATE: I sent the holster back in early Dec of 06, and just wrote to him this week asking where my refund was, and as expected still no answer!!!!! Just a reminder, he charged me 250 for a crap holster he got through Ruptured Duck who wanted 175$, and when I told him I didn't want the holster cause it was not as he described it, he gave me some BS story about restocking and relisting and offered me 200$ refund. OH YEAH, and he kept the deposit for the Luger of 400$ due to the fact I called him a cheat and a liar with the holster deal!!!!!!! Get the whole story in this forum from NOV 2006 by searching "TIM BABCOCK"!!!!!!!!

JUST A WORD OF CAUTION ON TIM BABCOCK, I finally got a response from him, he told me he moved South, no longer in MI, so beware, might be using a new address to rip people off!!!!! EMAIL is kilroy2@ intergate.com and the name is TIM BABCOCK.................................Bruce

AND SURPRISE.never received the holster he claims, 4 mos after I sent it back to him, using the move as the excuse...........my money is gone, I have accepted that
