cfm, three is a charm! The pistol looks pristine. Again, would love to see more photos of the pistol. The leather, if not a repro, looks very new indeed.

Dr Buster, The leather is in fact a repro that I stained mysef with the help of Jerry Burney. The stock is an original navy. The loading tool is an original . I would like to have original leather and I will work on it in the coming years. The grips are original to the pistol and were also redone by Hugh . This rig is my favorite.

cfm, still a very nice rig nevertheless. I thought that lanyard had a Jerry Burney look!

Could you describe your photo-set up to us ? You get very nice results...

Pete, Most of what I did I learned from this forum. I used a piece of red cloth as a background. I hung the top half on my wall using push pins and used the lower half as the base to set the subjects on . I utilized a desk lamp with a 40W soft light bulb to illuminate the subject, changing the angle for the best results as I viewed it through the camera finder. I use a Canon Powershot digital camera for all my photography. The overhead lights in my loft room are also on. I have to experiment further because I am not satisfied with the results. In the Navy rig photo the light reflection off the lower parts of the pistol is too great. Next time the photos will be better. As I learned in this forum, the lighting of the subjects is the key .
