Hi Bill,

Welcome to the forum. That's a very interesting upper. Wouldn't mind having it, but isn't in the budget right now. Thanks for posting it.

It is a 30cm barrel for the luger carbine. Anyone understand German/Dutch and have an account with egun? How is the bore? I would like the set.

I ran the German description provided in the listing through Altavista (Babel Fish) and here's what I got:

"They offer on an alternating system 9 mm of Para for a Luger 08 with 30cm - to run. It is not an original separates a reproduction provided with new run, with a sliding visor. The knee joint catch points some small rostnarben to (DWM manufacturing). An adjustment to an existing griffstueck is if necessary necessary!! One should have that made also from a professional. With me the system shoots outstanding with same-TLA-BORATED ammunition. I make the data available gladly. The sales takes place according to the legal regulations, thus WBK with registered 08 in 9mm Para. No guarantee or warranty, there private sales. Without magazine! Selbstabholer are preferential."

Any one on the Forum a member of eGun? I would like the barrel/receiver but cannot read/write Dutch. Would someone bid on the barrel for me? Send me a private message and I'll tell you my limit and payment method if winning bid. Thank you very much.

Hi Conny,

I'm not on egun but I advise you not to buy this lousy thing. It's not original; it has been stuck together with some parts (not even Luger parts!!!). Rostnarben means rust marks. And you will have to modify your frame (=Griffst¼ck).

BTW: Dutch has nothing to do with Deutsch. If you tell a Dutch that he is German or his native language is German you will probably have some serious problems *g*!

Tom.
