old brittle leather holster , what to do?
 
have a nice PPk holster, but the leather is such brittle at some spots, that I don�´t know what to do!
only thing I know is that the leater lost comleetly all water content.

If you will go to the main window look for General Infomation then Holster Care & Preservation it should help.
I think your in Germany so I'm not sure all of the products are available to you. If not we can overcome that problem.

Craig, thanks a lot for your help! I made a research and found a company over here, they are saying that these grittle leathers can never be smooth and soft again.
Probably I will try their fluid nd spend some money, knowing that it will not help much...

That is what count�´s ! Jerry�´s experience ! This is actually a relly nice holster with WaA100 stamp!
