ebay shut down magazine auction
I was bidding on a luger magazine on ebay, and the auction was shut down. I contacted the seller and he said ebay sent him a notice that they do not alow dangerous items.
He put the auction up again, contacted me and told me it was now up, with a notice that the magazine was compliant with all ebay rules. I bid again and again it was shut down. I am going to work with the buyer direct but has any one ever heard of ebay banning luger magazines? |
They shut down another Luger mag auction yesterday that I'd bid on only a couple of hours before. If you're going to sell a Luger mag you need to see how the other mag auctions are written up and don't make any changes. I guess it could be dangerous if you were barefooted and happened to drop it on your toe.
It's good that you can work directly with the seller. Brent B. |
It HAS to say it uses less than 10 rounds. Unless there is a new rule, which is possible, but that would be irritating, as they have always allowed them before...
