Trigger pull (lb) on your average luger

I still don't know what year my luger was made (see other post)
I'll assume its a WWII since that is the war it was brought back from, allthough I know that means nothing at all, some of the wwi models were used in wwii and some commercial as well i've read.

My quesiton is, compared to my new handguns with this crazy hard trigger pull as far as weight of trigger...

The old luger seems to have a pretty crisp short pull light trigger.

Is there different weight pulls for different years? were they all pretty much the same?

Or I guess my ramblings are asking, what is the range of pull it is probably in?

Thanks

That is too hard to guess Jon... There were six manufacturers of lugers (DWM, Erfurt, Simson, Bern, Krieghoff and Mauser) and some lugers have good pull, others do not. It is a military weapon, not designed for target shooting but for the military, although it is a accuarate weapon. (the early lugers WERE touted as a target weapon...

Our WW2 pistol, the 1911A1 is very accuarate, once accuarize, in its original configuration, it is designed to be a military weapon.
