1933 KI Konzentration re-work

I just found one of these, and "the" book says that most are fakes...Does anyone have any info on what constitutes a fake?

The receiver, incl. mag is numbers matching, and VERY clean, correct for era by my understanding also.
The barrel and top end is all numbers matching, showing a fair amount of wear, but still looks good.
The whole peice is very tight (nice).
The whole peice is loaded with proofs, german military, not Nazi...

Any input, info, etc would be much appreciated...

A KI would require a bunch of photos from you to help. What proofs are on the right?

What is the serial number?

What is the toggle?

Hi,

The general consensus on these pistols is that they are probably reworks by a company called 'Klett' in Suhl, hence the 'Kl' mark on the receiver.

Any link to concentration camp reworks is total and absolute nonsense.
