p08 1940 holster

i just bought a 08 luger black holster on back it says DLWP 1940 WaA 415 i dont know or ever heard of this maker mark can anyone help me thanks ray

Hi Ray,

WaA 416 was assigned to Deutsche LederwerkstÃ?Â¤tten Pirmasens in 1940. Cannot find a WaA 415 in my referrence.

Deutsches (German) LederwerkstÃ?Â¤tten (leather work station) Pirmasens (city name or district).
