tac, you must still be using the Japanese keyboard. Can't find the link as posted.

Tac,
I think the three dots '...' represent missing letters in a foreshortened url. We definitely want to see it. Would you go back and find the full address? Thanks much, Russell PS: Yesterday is a bit hot here in the PRK. PPS: And may God bless you and the good Rabbi. |
Tacfoley,
I tried putting the two pieces of the URL that you gave together in the following arrangements. http://talksguns.ru/static/forummess.../135680-1.html http://talksguns.ru/static/forummess...8/135680-1.htm I was still not able to open any page. Is this correct? Thanks, Chris |
Tac,
This is what I put together. 'http://talksguns.ru/static/forummessage/Forum18/135680-1.html' Tried it on ie and Netscape. No luck. Netscape message says 'http://talksguns.ru cannot be found' :( Wrong domain name? Did a search. Came up with 'http://talks.guns.ru/static/forummessage/Forum18/135680-1.html' BINGO! What a difference a dot makes. ;) Great stuff! :D Thank you teacher. Russell |
Very sobering reminder.
A horrible lesson in just how dangerous these weapons can be. How much more dangerous for those of us with little experience. Russell |
Let's see if we can get a hot link here.
http://talks.guns.ru/static/forummes.../135680-1.html This URL seems to work fine. I think the typo in tac's transcription from a Japanese keyboard was the missing final letter, the "l" of the ".html" suffix. P.S. Bloody horrible punctuation lesson there, tac. |
