Anyone know someone with the skills and licenses requisite to doing a restoration on a Class 3 piece.

It really depends on what you have. There are a number of C2's that have incredible skills, but like with anything else, you need to find the right man for the job.

I've got a '44 Mauser production MG-42 that I am having worked on as we speak.
