loading tool Question?
 

I have a loading tool that is marked only "42". Does anyone know what this signifies?

Hi Mike, your "42" marked tool is called an Armorers Replacement Tool and was supplied during the time 42 was used as a German Ordnance Code. This includes most of 1939, all of 1940 and the early part, say about a month, of 1941. Since it's a replacement tool it could have been found with any Luger used by the Third Reich.
