Nill Grips

Just a word about how great the guys at Nill Griff are, I enquired last wednesday about ordering a pair of checkered P08 grips, got an email saying they would be coming back from the people who do the checkering in two weeks, so I ordered a pair in advance, speaking to a fellow expat Brit in mail order, and waited in patient expectation. To my surprise, there was a little box on my doorstep yesterday after work with my grips :D Hopefully this means you guys over the pond should have yours soon!

The right side is a perfect snug fit, but in my case the left side needs a bit of fitting, I found that the cut-out for the safety lever is too shallow, the bulge immediately behind the safety cut-out is too big, and the bell-mouth shape at the bottom is slightly too narrow. I am ever so gently reshaping these areas over a few days, so I don't mess up. Almost there now :p

The Nill grips are the best you can buy next to original grips. The only problem I have with them is that the checkering is a little too course.
These are the only grips that ever fit my luger except for the originals.

Thanks..Bob

I have some smooth NG grips coming in soon (I hope!) and will hand checker them @ the original spacing of 20 lines per inch on order. I don't have a firm price until I know what my final cost is. I can also do a border pattern, and I can inlet for a grip safety.
