Fake Luft Holster
 

Here is an oddity I have not come accross before...A fake Luftwaffe Eagle stamped holster.
I have observed what I believe to be authentic holsters with this stamp on the top lid, flying the other direction of course. This one is flying the wrong way.

This is a rare holster. The reversed "Gehen die H�¶lle heraus" used by the Luftwaffe after the Brits shot the snot out of them in The Battle of Britain.

Don't you think that this holster is a fake overall? Doesn't the stamp say P38 instead of P08? How about the stitching on the back of the holster?
