Hello collecetors!
I will bay the black plasic grips to may luger P08 1940. I hope at anybody have the parts.

Welcome to the Lugerforum.

I don't speak a word of Swedish, but I think I understand that you wish to purchase black grips for your 1940 Luger P.08

The original grips were made from bakelite, and they are very expensive when you can find them, perhaps as much as $200. If you wish to have reproduction grips, They can be found for much less, $25.00 to $50.00 in modern black plastic. I will move your posting to the Wanted forum...

I might add John, that very few (and some experts say none) of the 1940 Code 42 Lugers came originally with the black bakelight grips. A nice set of E655 proofed french walnut grips would be a more logical and economical alternative and would be correct for the period.
