Anshutz Reworks
 

Has anyone ever observed any of these? I have seen one. it was marked JG Anshutz on the barrel, has the late E/N on the right receiver, DWM toggle, and strawed parts. Serial number has no suffix. This pistol is generally recognized as the 1940 Anshutz rework(from the info that is available) I would like to know if there is any other information on these such as numbers reworked.
