1920 w/manual

Common pistol . Commercial 1920's 30 cal . I thought the owners manual was pretty cool though . I'm pretty sure I've seen them pictured here before .

I haven't seen too many original owner's manual's... but I have seen lots of Commercial lugers in my time. I don't care what anyone else thinks of them or their collectability, they are first class examples of the gunsmith's art. Nice Gun.

Thanks John .
I never understood the reason they are looked down on . The fit and finsh are great . They still represent a bargain imo for a new Luger collector . :)

A mint 1920 Luger in a mint commercial holster with a mint spare mag and tool is a beautiful sight to behold, and IMHO ranks in rarity with many a military Luger, and such a rig cannot be purchased at a bargain price!

How much would a gun like that set back a new Luger collector?

OMG....
You mean there are actually people here that don't just think commercial lugers are doorstops?

that's how I got my luger, once the guy that had it found out is was not military... he could not trade it off fast enough.
I swapped him a hakim rifle that I paid $65.00 for.

It's a 1920's commercial, .30 luger, no import marks, no 'made in germany' stamped on it, all matching w/what appears to be the original finish.

I do not have a manual, though :(

Yours looks pretty nice, and the manual is a nice touch.

The 1920 commercial rig in the condition I described above would rightly be priced at between $2000 and $2500.
