Unusual proofs
 

Found this one on eBay. The seller says he is confused about the markings, I figured them to be the usual Erfurt stampings until I looked in Constanzo under 1917 and saw nothing like them. The revisions commisssion RC stamp is ok but the others have me stumped too, at least for that particular combination. Any ideas?
