nickel plated mags

which model luger used wooden based nickel plated magazines

This is too open ended of a question, as many models did. In the late 1920's they started to go from wood to aluminum, so the switch-over started then, and so many older lugers received aluminum with new numbers when a replacement was needed, this is especially common with police guns.

If you get Imperial Lugers by Still, you can see the wide range of lugers that received wood / nickle plated mags.

Is there a reason you are asking, or can give us a lot more information?

It will fit and function in any Luger, it was made for a WW1 era Erfurt and to be more specific, gun # 5115....the + indicates it was the spare mag.

nick, wasn't trying to be too flippant, just wasn't sure if you had a specific model in mind.

As PL said, it is for a specific erfurt (1911-1918), although a wood bottom was used on other models going forward.
