Luger p08 stovepipes unfired bullet

My luger jams pretty regurley its been sugested that it might be the ammo so i tried remington umc 115gr which are a little shorter than the walmart winchesters in the white box and it shot a whole clip without hanging the next clip it hungup every other shot so i don't think its the ammo the clips are new except for the original but i think there crap anyway i probably need a couple of good clips it was also suggested that maybe bubba in the past may have done some ameture gunsmithing on it all i know is the taperd part of the barrel is different from the new 6inch barrel i got with it so i probably need my barrel probably needs changing to

I need a good luger smith preferably in the central Louisiana area
maybe i could get some prices on checking it out changing the barrel if you have to and if you have to change the barrel i think i've seen rear mounted barrel sites that were ajusteble a price on that to

Thanks
Ronnie

Ronnie, The closest good lugersmith to you is Hugh Clark in Houston area. Figure on about $500 for new repro LPO8 9x200mm (8") barrel with tangent rear sight + labor. TH
