Holster ID ?? also two CZ38's

Does anyone recognize the insignia "two bat wings with a sword in the center" or type of holster? There are no markings that I can see on the front or back, it has two straps on the back side. It came with a CZ38 in it. Also shown are two CZ38's from the "B" prefix series serial number range B291XXX. One has the "B" prefix and one does not? Thanks in advance for any inputs.
