The Dutch Luger

Does anyone have this book, The Dutch Luger-A Complete History, by Martens and DeVries? If so, is it worth the going price of $50 and is there a lot of good info in it on the Vickers Luger?

Dutch Lugers

Wow, that was quick! Thanks Rick, I appreciate the comments. I've been toying with the notion of buying a copy and just wanted to know if there was something of interest in it. I have bought some supposedly 'good' Luger books to find out that they weren't worth 1/2 the asking price.

It will be 50 bucks well spent. Go for it...you will not be disappointed.

Thanks Ron, I'm mainly interested in the info on the Vickers and of the 14 Luger references I have there is just not much info on them, I'll put in an order for it today.
Rick, thanks again for the info, I have a full set of Luger blueprints from back in 1913 (copy) that I rarely refer to and only then when something doesn't seem to fit correctly. Good luck to you on that barrel project.

Herb, it also discusses early lugers and guns that were used or tested by the dutch, it is worth it. :)

Thanks Ed, I ordered it from Ray Rilling, it should be here by the end of the month.
