Thanks Steve, I usually don't have much of a sense of humor in the mornings, just aches and pains, but your post really got me laughing. I have to symphasize with the seller, it does seem at times that the Ebay cyber cops are idiots.

This is the funnniest thing concerning eBay and the rules those jerks try to enforce that I've ever read! I mean, it is hilarious. He has posted 96 remarks from readers that add to the senario!

Thanks for posting this, Steve!

At first glance I thought this was political correctness coupled with ignorance. Upon further thought, I believe it is fear of litigation. After all, Ebay does allow gun parts to be sold through their site. In the early days of Ebay, I made good money selling firearms on their site. They soon put an end to that citing buyers and sellers that were not abiding of the laws concerning transfers. Now, Ebay is nothing more than an advertising agent for the seller. They should not be libel for what buyers and sellers do, but we all know how litigation goes these days. Sue everbody and their dog too. For that reason I cant hardly blame them. This example is one of the best reasons for everyone to support tort reform.
